Personal Training

The Balance Culture offers one-on-one sessions with our personal trainer, Faith Woodyard. Faith creates one-on-one fitness programmes for her clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals. Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, Faith will teach and help them to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans. Faith offers private sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. New clients will receive a complimentary fitness consultation and fitness assessment with Faith. Before this consultation, you will fill out a PARQ questionnaire, general liability form, photo release, payment & cancellation policy, and lifestyle questionnaire forms. In this 60 minute consultation, we will discuss medical history, lifestyle, fitness history, goal setting, and nutrition guidance to develop a plan that will get you to achieve your goals. Following this discussion, she will take clients through a few fitness assessments to see muscle imbalances, flexibility, and overall strengths / weaknesses. This will help provide Faith with a good understanding of what level of training a client needs to start out at. In addition to training, Faith offers her clients a 30 minute check-in meeting at the beginning of each month of training to discuss and revise any goals. This 30 minute check-in meeting is $30.

Faith helps clients with goal setting, creating grocery lists to navigate supermarkets, calculate daily energy intake, explain macronutrients/micronutrients, and revise nutrition plans if needed. She offered nutrition coaching as an individual 60 minute coaching meeting or 3-6 month plans that include biweekly 60 minute coaching meetings. Before meeting you will fill out a PARQ questionnaire, general liability form, photo release, payment & cancellation policy, and lifestyle questionnaire forms.
