What time should I arrive for class?

If it is your first time to the studio we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and share with us any needs or limitations you may have for the class. Existing clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to get ready for class!

How do I schedule and pay for my class?

Get our NEW app- “The Balance Culture New” from the app store! Find it HERE for iPhone users and find it HERE for Android users.
You can also sign up on our website through the Buy tab at the top of the page.

Do I have to sign up for class ahead of time?

To guarantee a space in class you must sign up in advance, we always try our best to accommodate walk-ins but space is limited!

What do I need to bring to class?

We provide all equipment necessary for class. We have a limited number of yoga mats available for use but if you have your own mat we encourage you to bring it!

What should I wear?

Any comfortable athletic clothes will work. For Barre classes you must wear socks, either barre or regular socks will work. For Strength Training, Endurance Training, Bootycamp, or HIIT classes you must wear tennis shoes.
