What time should I arrive for class?

If it is your first time to the studio we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and share with us any needs or limitations you may have for the class. Existing clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to get ready for class!

How do I schedule and pay for my class?

There are a couple different ways you can sign up and pay for your class! You can go to our schedule (link) and sign up online and pay, or you can download our free app, ‘The Balance Culture’ and sign up and pay on your phone!

Do I have to sign up for class ahead of time?

To guarantee a space in class you must sign up in advance, we always try our best to accommodate walk ins but space is limited!

What do I need to bring to class?

We provide all equipment necessary for class. We have a limited number of yoga mats available for use but if you have your own mat we encourage you to bring it!

What should I wear?

Any comfortable athletic clothes will work, we request that you wear an athletic top at all times throughout class. For Barre or Bootycamp classes you must wear socks, either barre or regular socks will work. For kickboxing, Bootcamp or HIIT classes you must wear tennis shoes.

How early should I arrive for a Spin class?

If it’s your first time to Spin we recommend arriving 20 minutes before class to get signed in and so the instructor can help you get your bike set up. If you’re a returning Spin client you should arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

What should I bring to a Spin class?

For a Spin class please wear tennis shoes or Spin shoes, bring a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

Do I need Spin shoes?

You do not need Spin shoes to take a Spin class, regular tennis shoes are perfectly fine!

I’ve never taken Spin before, can I take a regular Spin class?

If you have never taken Spin before we do offer a Beginner Spin class but all of our Spin classes are appropriate for all levels. Spin is a very individualized workout and any attendee can work at their own speed and strength! The instructor will help guide you through each step of the class.
